Festina group's code of ethics

Code of ethics

The FESTINA GROUP's Code of Ethics establishes and determines our values and principles, as well as the conduct and behaviour that should be promoted and those that should be avoided by all members of our Organisation in the performance of their activities. It is the main and highest-level regulatory instrument within the Group's regulatory structure, which means that its principles and guidelines for action are developed in the Group's internal policies, rules and procedures.

Festina group's information channel

In compliance with the provisions of EU Directive 2019/1937 on the Protection of Whistleblowers and its Implementing Regulations, FESTINA GROUP has a communication software application, the Ethics Channel, which complies with the criteria of confidentiality of information and data protection and allows anonymous reporting.

Sustainability, recycling and product disposal

Sustainability is based on the principle of ensuring the needs of the present without compromising the needs of future generations, always without sacrificing environmental protection, economic growth and social development.

FESTINA GROUP manages hazardous components appropriately and supports the recovery and reuse of materials through recycling. In this context, it complies with all obligations related to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR).

Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) is a regulation that governs the responsibility of manufacturers for the products they place on the market. In this context, FESTINA GROUP, through its participation in various collective extended producer responsibility schemes (EPR) in the markets in which it operates, finances the collection, recycling and end-of-life disposal of its products and of its electrical and electronic waste, batteries, accumulators and packaging and other EPR product categories.

On the other hand, as a sign of our involvement in this area, FESTINA GROUP has developed its own initiative, the "REWATCH Programme", through which incentives are provided for the recycling of watchmaking products, using the chain of TIME ROAD shops belonging to the Group.
